At Nowak Dental, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
