These SMS Terms govern the text-message program offered by Nowak Dental Supplies, Inc. (“Nowak,” “we,” or “us”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Program description
Nowak uses text messaging to communicate with customers about their business with us. When you opt in, we may text you about your orders and account—including order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, back-order and availability notices, questions about an order, account and support messages, and general customer-service communication. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts.
How to opt in
You can opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts—for example, at checkout, on a form, by providing it to our team, or by texting us first. Providing your mobile number is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your orders and account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Nowak does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Check your plan with your carrier.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you, except that you may still receive messages needed to complete a transaction already in progress. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide to operate this text program as described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted here, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
