• All orders must be prepaid by Mastercard, or Visa
You providing us with your credit card number authorizes us to charge your credit card for dental supply order purchases.By choosing to proceed to checkout, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions.
• Prices listed subject to availability at time of order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• We can only sell to licensed dentists or dental laboratories. We are here to serve the professional dental community.
• We do not ship to PO boxes. We only ship by Fedex Ground unless air service is requested which we will then charge your credit card for this upgrade
• Please make sure that you provide us with correct address information including street number, street name, suite number if applicable, city, state and zip code. If you provide us with incorrect address information and Fedex charges us $5.00 for address correction, you will be responsible for those charges.
• We ship to all countries our website will not process international orders though please email your item requests to one of our representatives for a freight quote. Payment for international orders must be done by Paypal or Wire Transfer.
• We collect state sales tax in Mississippi.
• Returns: All returns must be received within 30 days from date of invoice. If you are returning something that you ordered in error, or just don't want, we ask you to mail the item back at your expense. If you need to return something that we sent wrong or otherwise made a mistake on, we will mail you a return label (call tag).
• Refund Policy: Credits & Refund amounts will be credited to your Nowak Dental account and automatically applied to your next order. Due to the high cost of processing credit card transactions we are unable to refund credits to your credit card. All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee and all missing or damaged items must be reported within three days of receipt of package. Orders sent back after 60 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• If we have to pursue collection activities against you for any reason, you will be billed applicable finance charges. You will also be responsible for any lawyers fees or collection costs incurred during collection activities.
Special orders are available for merchandise not on this site. We deal with all major dental manufacturers.
